Nasal spray

Draw 200 units of the sterile water & put into vial.

Add 500 units of sterile water into the empty nasal bottle.

Draw all liquid from the vial and squirt it into the nasal spray bottle and let it sit for an hour.
Note Always shake before use Keep stored in fridge. Recommend using before bed spraying once into each nostril tilting your head back.
Loading phase 7 nights in a row Second week every second day, then use as desired or the night before you know you’re getting sun.
Double Strength Nasal Spray

Draw 200 units of injection water & inject into each vial.

Add the remaining water into the empty nasal bottle.

Draw all liquid from the vials & squirt into the nasal spray bottle and let it sit for an hour in the fridge before use.
Note Aways shake before use. Keep stored in fridge. Recommend using before bed spraying once into each nostril tilting your head back.
Loading phase 7 nights in a row
Second week every second day
Then use as desired or the night before you know you’re getting sun.
Vail

Draw 200 units (2ml) of injection water into a syringe and squirt into the vial moving the liquid around making sure all powder is dissolved.

Once dissolved keep refrigerated & not use for at least 1 hour.

Alcohol swab wipe top of vail before every use & wipe point of injection.

Draw out 10 units into a syringe Sit down & pinch belly fat & inject needle all the way in (making sure there are no are bubbles)
Note Do not use during the day recommended use is at night before bed as you get mild hot flushes so best to do when you are about to lay down and go to bed
Loading phase 5 nights in a row
Second week every second day Third. and so on, use as desired or night before you're getting sun
